Who’d thought a humble urban window design turned out to be an international icon that will be remembered by millions who watched the movie. I personally didn’t watch the whole movie but Mr Tin Man is definitely an image that I have become so famine with. You urban space negotiators out there, what r u waiting for??

The thoughts are endless. Who knows which window will hold the inspiration for the next big hit movie character! Just think it could be yours or one that you have seen.
The Tin Man is a friend to all, tall and small.

Such a great book that taught me so much about one of my heros: L. Frank Baum: Creator of Oz by Katharine M. Rogers.
His fantasy stories also touched on visions of lap top computers and cell phones.

  • JB says:

My fascination with L. Frank Baum started when I discovered that he was the founder of our trade magazine. VMSD Visual Merchandising and Store Design. The original mag was called The Show Window.
