Inspired by sea, sand, Mimco’s colour descriptors & concept brief- a Sun Scorched Warrior was born!

An uber early start to the day meant we greeted our sun in shining glory. Sparkling across the landscape & reflecting the shimmering colours of  black, petrol, charcoal, bronze, milky way and white the desert dreaming materialised.

Sun blazing rays kissed the Mimco inspiration of:
modern tribal
surreal landscape
future warrior
black diamond dessert
giant metal and acrylic motifs
artisan techniques
weaving clean shiny materials
bejewelled praying mantis
soft slouchy sac style bags
petrol toned printed snake leather
exotic

    What a creative, energetic day for all who collaborated! Even though it was an early start the morning flew by because we were all having so much fun! Someone was snap happy behind the scenes! Haha

    What an amazing day
    From out of the storm clouds came a day full of creation that brought it all together from the darkness of the early morning hair and make-up to the finished product

    Love the desert concept, it is a magical place, reminds me of Tucson, Death Valley, Arizona; Lawrence of Arabia; Talamine Desert in NT/WA; sand hills at Palm Beach, Lake Conjola, etc., could go on forever.
